By enrolling at Paul Learning Centre, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment & Fees

For Regular School Year (Aug to May):

Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of the first month's fee in advance through Otute using a credit/debit card.
If a student joins mid-month, the fee will cover the next 30 days. The second month's fee will be prorated accordingly.
All tuition fees must be paid via Otute using a credit/debit card only. No other payment methods are accepted at this time. Any changes will be communicated.
Invoice will be generated first week for every month. You will have 3 days to review. After 3 days it will be charged automatically.
Refunds or adjustments for cancelled enrollments are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Center.
A $3/month materials fee is charged per student for supplies.
Your credit card information will be securely stored with our payment processor, Stripe. Automated payments will be charged to your card each month. You will have a three-day review period to review your invoice before the payment is processed. We do not store your credit/debit card information on Otute.com

For Summer Sessions (June/July):

Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of the fee in advance through Otute using a credit/debit card.
All tuition fees must be paid via Otute using a credit/debit card only. No other payment methods are accepted at this time. Any changes will be communicated.
Fees will be automatically charged as soon as the invoice is generated for any extra class.
Refunds or adjustments for cancelled enrollments are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Centre.
A one-time $5 materials fee is charged per student for supplies.
Your credit card information will be securely stored with our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit/debit card information on Otute.com

2. Scheduling

Courses and batches are scheduled based on availability listed in Otute.
Any absences must be reported at least 6 hours in advance via email to be eligible for a make-up class.
Missed classes without timely notification will not qualify for make-ups or refunds and will still be charged.
All Make-up classes must be completed within the same session - Regular or Summer. The centre doesn't allow any make-up classes after the last day of the session.

3. Parent-Teacher Communication

All non-academic communication must be directed to the Centre at: paullearningcenter@gmail.com.
Meetings with teachers to discuss student progress can be scheduled as needed.
Please do not disturb teachers during class sessions.
Strictly, no WhatsApp or text messaging is allowed for official communication.

4. Materials & Resources

The $3/month or $5 Fixed materials fee covers pens, pencils, erasers, calculators, worksheets, prints, and other resources is only charged once per student per month, regardless of the number of courses.
Students are responsible for returning all borrowed materials.

5. Make-Up Policy

All make-up communication must be done via email. No WhatsApp/Text messages will be considered as a mode of communication.
No refunds will be issued for make-up classes.
Students are allowed one make-up class per month, which must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of the missed session.
A missed make-up class cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Absences not reported 6 hours in advance will not qualify for a make-up or refund.
If a class is cancelled by the Centre or teacher, it will be rescheduled. However, if the rescheduled session is missed, no further adjustments will be made.

6. Attendance

Consistent attendance is essential for student progress.
If a student misses 4 consecutive classes without notification, their seat may be released to waitlisted students. This might not be true for the Summer session, as we are slightly flexible during this time.

7. Discontinuation & Notice Period

For the regular school year (Aug to May)

A 30-day written notice via email is required to discontinue classes.
Fees will continue to be charged during the notice period via the credit card stored in Otute.
The credit card will be discontinued for monthly recurring charges on the 30th day of the notice period.
For any change in the initial schedule (at the time of enrollment) for reducing the number of classes per week, 30 days of notice via email is required.

8. Policy Updates

These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the Centre. Any updates will be communicated in advance.
