I agree to the following terms and conditions.

1) Enrollment & Fee: 

• Students must complete an enrollment by paying the fee one month in advance.
• Next month's fee is calculated as pro-rated.
• The fee is to be paid via Zelle only to the Zelle ID mentioned,
• We are not accepting any other mode of payment at this time. Any changes in the mode of payment will be communicated.
• There is one one-time security deposit to be paid in advance that is going to be adjusted as the last month's fee.
• Fee to be paid by 7th day of every month.
• Cancelled enrollment adjustments/refunds will be decided by the Center on a case-by-case basis.
• There is an additional $7 per month per student IXL Subscription charge (Math & ELA) for K-8th Grades
• There will be an additional $3 per month fee charged for Materials

 3) Parent-Teacher-Communication:

• All communication that is not academic related would be directly with the Center via email only - paullearningcenter@gmail.com
• Regular meetings will be scheduled with the Teachers to discuss the progress or any other questions.
• Please do not discuss anything with the teachers while the classes are in progress.

 2) Scheduling: 

• Courses/Batches will be scheduled based on the availability mentioned in Otute. 
• Any student absent from the classes must be notified to the Center at least 6 hours in advance to be eligible for the make-up class.
• All communications should be via email. Any absent classes not communicated will be charged and do not qualify for make-up/Adjustments/Refunds.

3) Material and Resources: 

• There will be an additional $3 per month fee charged for Materials which includes Pens, Pencils, Erasers, Calculators, Worksheets, Prints, and more.
• There is an additional $7 per month per student IXL Subscription charge (Math & ELA) for K-8th Grades.
• Students are responsible for the care and return of the materials.

 4) Makeup Policy: At Paul Learning Center, we understand that students may occasionally miss classes due to unforeseen circumstances. To ensure that all students have the opportunity to stay on track with their learning, we offer the following make-up policy. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for scheduling and attending make-up classes.

• All communications must be via email.
• There is no refund for make-up classes.
• Students are allowed one make-up class per month. This make-up class must be scheduled and attended within 30 days of the missed class. If the make-up class is not scheduled and taken within these 30 days, the opportunity for a make-up class will be forfeited.
• Any Make-up class could be scheduled only once and if missed can not be rescheduled and do not qualify for Adjustments/Refunds.
• Parents/Guardians or Students must notify the center of an upcoming absence at least 6 hours in advance to be eligible for the make-up class.
• Any absent classes not communicated will be charged and do not qualify for make-up/Adjustments/Refunds.
• Any class missed/canceled by the Teacher/Center due to unforeseen reasons will qualify for a make-up class and will be rescheduled and communicated. Any rescheduled class missed does not qualify for Adjustments/Refunds.

5) Attendance: 

• Regular attendance is crucial for academic success.
• If a student fails to attend 4 consecutive classes without prior notice, their reserved spot may be forfeited. This ensures fairness and availability to other students who may require the service.

6) Notice Period:

• Parents/Students need to provide 30 days advance notice by informing via email to discontinue classes. This 30-day fee would be adjusted as part of the security deposit paid during enrollment.
• Any balance (after security deposit adjustments) fee must be paid before the end of the 30-day notice.

Any of the above Terms and Conditions could change as and when the center decides to do so.
